While routines can provide a solid framework to start our day, they are not the source of true peace. I share my personal journey of shifting from a rigid, all-or-nothing approach to a more flexible and intuitive routine that better serves my life today.
I also discuss the importance of having a deeper foundation that goes beyond external practices. What happens when life throws you a curveball that your morning routine can't fix? I invite you to explore what truly grounds you in those turbulent moments. For me, it's my faith and a constant exploration of my beliefs. I encourage you to ask yourself: what do I believe in that is bigger than me?
