From Psych major to animal rights activist, even a stand-up comedian, she learned and shares her experiences and how she used the advice of her father gave her along with the sales skills, that came naturally, to manage her time and be successful.
Jen goes on to share what it's like to be a woman in the business world, how to keep things professional while watching for the telltale signs of harassment even on social media.
Throughout her many occupations Jen learned the power of silence, time management, when to take a time out, and just like our electronic devices we need to close out the tabs and get some good sleep.
